Let our experienced coordinators assist you in making sure that your rehearsal is stress-free. We offer on-site, off-site, rehearsal dinner planning, and adventure options for your attending members.

Whether you choose to have The Agency Collective as part of your ceremony, reception, or both; we will strive to make your experience outstanding. Let your worries float away so that you can be completely present on your special day.

Ceremony

  • Execute Layout Plan: Vendors + Staging 

  • Oversee Ceremony Timeline

  • Distribute Bouquets and Boutonnieres

  • Oversee Wedding Party Lineup 

  • Oversee Vendor delivery, setup & breakdown  of rental equipment

  • Distribute Final Payment/Gratuities – Service staff, Musicians, Officiant, Florist, etc.

  • Final Walkthrough 

INCLUDES

Reception

  • Execute Layout Plan: Vendors + Staging 

  • Oversee Reception Timeline & Itinerary

  • Ensure Arrival and Set-Up of Personal Items (Guest book, programs, champagne flutes, cake knife and server, card box, menu cards, table names, and numbers, etc.) 

  • Oversee Reception Itinerary (Announcement of arrival, first dance, toasts, cake cutting, bouquet toss, departure, etc.) 

  • Secure Gifts – send them to a person of your choice

  • Oversee Vendor delivery, setup & breakdown  of rental equipment

  • Distribute Final Payment/Gratuities – Service staff, DJ, Shuttle, Florist, etc.

  • Final Walkthrough

HONEYMOON PLANNING

Epic honeymoons don't have to be excessively expensive or difficult to plan. At least, not if you have The Agency Collective staff ensuring that not only your travel preferences are satisfied, but that you get to enjoy all of our incredible preferred hotel partnerships and VIP services (think: room upgrades, spa credits and more).

*  The paid in full discount and other discounts do not apply for major holiday weddings and will incur an additional 20% package fee. These terms apply to events booked for Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.

*  Paid in Full discounts do not apply to weddings booked less than 30 days out, as we require all final payments to be paid 30 days prior to the wedding date.

* For liability reasons, our Coordinators cannot serve food or drinks to guests, bus tables, hang decorations or anything that require a ladder, or move anything that is heavy enough to require machinery.
