Obtaining a Hawaii marriage license is a hassle-free process!
Hawaii weddings hold global recognition, and obtaining a marriage license follows the same process for both US citizens and international travelers: apply online before arrival, collect the license in Hawaii, have your officiant handle the legal filing, and expect the marriage certificate to be mailed within 4 to 6 weeks. It is the couple's responsibility to apply for and retrieve the license.
