Cancellation Policy

Online Session Only Professional Planning Support is a virtual planning session with The Agency Collective and/or one of our planning professionals. Sessions may take place by video call or phone call, depending on the booking details. Digital Event Planner Requirement This service is designed for clients using The Complete Digital Event Planner. Clients should either purchase the planner before booking or use the session to receive guidance on how to begin filling it out. You do not need to have the entire planner completed before your session, but the more information you provide, the more focused and helpful the session can be. Planning Guidance Only Professional Planning Support provides planning guidance, review, and recommendations based on the information shared by the client. This service does not include day-of coordination, on-site event support, vendor management, contract management, or event-day execution. Coordination Support Clients may use the session to discuss whether day-of coordination or on-site support may be needed. If coordination support is available and feels like the right next step, The Agency Collective can guide you through available options after the session. Coordination services are booked separately and are not included with Professional Planning Support. Payments + Refunds All Professional Planning Support sessions are paid in advance and are non-refundable once booked. Rescheduling We allow one courtesy reschedule if an emergency or unavoidable conflict comes up. Reschedule requests must be made as soon as possible before the appointment time. Additional rescheduling requests may require a new booking. Missed Appointments If a client misses the scheduled session without notice, the appointment is considered used and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
