eGift Card Disclaimer

Inclement Weather Contingency Plan
At The Agency Collective, we understand that inclement weather can be a concern for outdoor events, particularly in Lake Tahoe during the winter season. While we cannot offer refunds for weather-related cancellations, we provide alternative options to ensure your special day can still be celebrated.
If you encounter inclement weather, we offer the option to postpone your event for up to 7 days, subject to availability. Paid amounts received will be applied to the rescheduled date, provided we are notified in a timely manner. However, please note that the original venue or specific services you initially contracted may not be available, and additional rescheduling fees may apply.
Alternatively, we can explore the possibility of moving your wedding to an indoor location. In this case, you would be responsible for securing a suitable facility and covering any associated charges. The indoor venue should be in close proximity to your original outdoor venue, ensuring a seamless transition for your guests.
Our team is here to guide you through these contingency plans and help you make the best decision for your special day. We are committed to ensuring that your wedding is a memorable and joyful experience, regardless of any weather challenges that may arise.
